Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was delightful and clean, it had wonderful location to the Getxo metro station which brings you in 25 minutes to Bilbao. The venue staff was supper friendly and pleasant. The food was reasonably priced and great.

The room was a good size and had some charm to it. Having wake-up service was a nice touch⏰. I also liked that they had an individual safe, central heating, and an electronic key card available - those were definitely a plus!

We had a great stay at a charming hotel in Getxo. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nicely proportioned, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The old building added to the hotel's charm, and we especially enjoyed dining at the terrace restaurant. Despite the Bilbao heatwave, the air conditioning could have been better, but overall, we had a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and convenient location.
